I'm a 49 year old Alaskan Native woman who is currently enrolled at Charter College seeking an associates degree in medical assisting that needs help to find scholarships, grants that will include tution and living expenses.  I've just recently found out that I've gotten in really deep because good things have started a snowball effect all at the same time, and I feel like that I'm spread out real thin, and I'm in need of desperate help.  I'm working at repairing my credit as well as trying to attain a degree and I don't want to loose everything that I've been working for because I really want to be successful.  Help!!!!

I am a single mon and I have a son who got accepted at a very good private school.  He is very excited to attend and is interested in science and technology. My son has the potential to excell and just needs the opportunity.  I live in a dangerous neighborhood and is fearful sending him to the public schools here.  He also does not want to attend the public school. The kids that go there are outrageous. (getting in fights, guns, etc).  His dad does not help us, as a matter of fact we have not seen him since 2001.  No one cannot find him, do not even know where he is.  May God bless him.  I am rasing my son by myself by the grace of God and want to give him a good education in a better school. My son is excited and looking forward for this dream. The school does not offer financial aid.  It is difficult to keeping a roof over our head and put food on the table. The cost of living in my state is very high, and being a single mom is not an easy task. Is there any help out there for me. I will like my son's dream to come true for him and I want him to become a responsible man when he grows up.  I have tried other sources and programs to no avail.  Can someone help my son's dream to come true?   Thanks for reading my cry

I need a loan to attend cooking school, but my credit is horrible. Can anyone help me find a loan to attened Culinary school? I would like to start paying back the loan 6 months after I graduate.

I need help in tution, books, and being able to support my two boys while I go to college full time.   I have been out of school for twenty years.  I have been married three times.  I was afraid to go back to school after each year went by due to thinking I had forgotton or would fail.  I have taken the Compass test and was  very pleased that I did well.  My boys father is not in their life and does not pay child support.  I am currently working and due to this I can not receive assistance.  I have always wanted to go to college but  I got married at sixteen years old and had a son by the age of 17.  Now I have two boys who are 12 and 14 that I need a degree so I can support them on my own.  Its very discourgaing due to doors being shut since I am working.  I am being refused help due to I have a job.  I have worked and am still working but I would like to go to college full time not just to be able to support my children but for myself. 

                Hello my name is katie haigh I'm a sophmore at Boonsboro high school. I need a money for collage. My dad and stepmom just had a baby and money is tight right now yet they said they would pay for my school.  They also said they would pay for my sister's too and she is only 2 years behind me and I feel that, that would devistate there retirement. Although there is alot of  people that need this money and are much more hard working then me please consider me for your schlorships.

I have been struggling in school since 1997, changing careers. I have picked nursing. I am now in the LVN program at austin community college in austin texas. I will be starting my last semester in fall or august 05-december 05.  I need help with bills, dedt, books, tution, uniform, supplies in general. Please help, i have worked since i graduated from high school. I work in the field i want to specialize in but don't make enough to live on. So i am in dedt up to my ears. I am not asking for much, i pay taxes i work hard, and i am trying to make a life for myself. So i don't have to depend on anyone. thanks for listening
